Admin Webapp doesn't show error on non-existent user id

      Given:
      A user with camunda-admin permissions logged in in the Admin Webapp;

      When:
      The user attempts to navigate to the profile page of a non-existent user. E.g. URL: http://localhost:8080/camunda/app/admin/default/#/users/undefined?tab=profile

      Then:
      No indication is shown that the provided User ID doesn't exist.

      Expected:
      An error notification is shown that the user doesn't exist.
