In Cockpit, the "SetAnnotation" is missing in the Operation Type drop down list

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Navigate to Operation Log page in Cockpit.
      • Add annotation to some operation log. => new operation log appears for the set annotation user operation.
      • Try to filter by Operation Type

      Observed:
      SetAnnotation operation type is missing the drop-down list.

      Expected:
      All operation types are listed in the drop down list.
