Remove JBoss application server from JBoss distro

    Description

      The only purpose of the JBoss distro is that it is used to install Camunda BPM in JBoss EAP 6.4. We shouldn't ship JBoss 7.2 anymore, but only the modules/subsystem/webapps/... necessary to install Camunda in JBoss EAP 6.4.

      Let's also evaluate if anything for the webapp artifacts should be changed (keep in mind that they must still work with JBoss EAP 6.4, which is based on JBoss 7)
