Revert changes made to the spring-boot-starter related to the new license format

    Description

      The new license format currently does not work with 7.10 and 7.11. We need to revert the support for it in the corresponding spring-boot-starter to use the old behavior there.

      We will build new patch releases so we will not revert anything here.
