In REST API, check authorization request fails when query limit is active

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      • Enable query limit
      • Perform a REST request with an authenticated user
      • GET /authorization/check?permissionName=READ&resourceName=foo&resourceType=1&userId=mary
      • Make sure that the authenticated user and the userId url param value differ

      Observed behavior
      Request fails because query limit is active

      Expected behavior
      Request succeeds
