Merge model API repositories into platform

      • Merge xml-model, dmn-model, bpmn-model, cmmn-model into platform
      • The unit tests are covered by the assembly build
      • The CI builds for the model APIs are removed (make sure we still test the Java version compatibility in the platform)
      • The artifacts are still published to Maven central
      • The maintenance branches and builds remain as they are
