Separate DMN Engine & FEEL integration artifact

      With CAM-11259, the FEEL Engine as well as Scala was shaded inside the DMN Engine; This needs to be cleaned up:

      • Scala library is shaded inside the FEEL integration artifact
        • Shading prefix could be camundajar.impl.*
        • Make sure that Scala library does not end up as public Camunda API
      • Scala FEEL Core Engine is included in the feel-scala integration artifact
      • module.xml files are created for JBoss EAP & Wildfly subsystem
      • artifact is copied to the lib folder of the distros
