In camunda-bpm-platform-ee-maintenance on 7.11 branch:

• The LICENSE file and NOTICE file are missing in the repo
• The License.txt in the distro doesn't contain the new commercial license

  The commercial Components of the Camunda Software shall only be used
  once you have signed a licensing agreement with Camunda services GmbH.
  The terms and conditions for using the Commercial Components of
  the Camunda Software are specified by the licensing agreement.
  

Although the community projects/repositories and distros have the correct license terms (Apache 2.0 license and Notice files). So, in that case, the projects are not consistent.
