Consolidate FEEL Engine logger category

      The JUEL FEEL engine uses camunda-commons-logging to create a FEEL Logger with the org.camunda.bpm.dmn.feel category.

      The Scala FEEL engine defines a different logger with the org.camunda.feel.FeelEngine category.

      AT:
      We should consolidate these two categories so that it is transparent to the user what logs are filtered.
