Move Spring Boot Starter EE parts to platform-ee

    Description

      The EE-specific parts of the Spring Boot Starter should be moved to the `platform-ee` repository after the starter is merged to the platform repository with CAM-11389.

      Those parts are

      • `camunda-bpm-platform\spring-boot-starter\starter-qa\integration-test-webapp\runtimes\enterprise`
      • `camunda-bpm-platform\spring-boot-starter\starter-webapp-ee`
