Remove unresolvable maven plugin repository

      The pluginRepository defined at https://github.com/camunda/camunda-bpm-platform-ee/blob/fca9e41035d8a403b8ed98e3ffcd4b4e28563080/pom.xml#L149-L154 has a dead url in it.

      We should try to remove this. The fix should be backported.
