With the Spring Boot starter, the REST API is by default exposed in the engine-rest application path
We inform our users in the migration guide and explain how the previous behavior can be restored (see https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.12/user-guide/spring-boot-integration/rest-api/)

Why

This makes it consistent with the other distros
This avoids confusion by users who find a URL for a shared engine distro that doesn't work with the Spring Boot Starter
