      When navigating, multiple angulars are created and never destroyed.
      Symptom: when navigating to e.g. cases, multiple requests are performed depending on how many components using the <ng-view> directive were loaded before

      Possible Solution

      • we need to unbootstrap angular - lets see if this is possible
