With CAM-11295 we added auto-deployment of resources for Run.

A first attempt on adding an integration test was successful for the ce module. Since we don't have specific tests for the ee module but only run those from ce, creation of relative folders and paths is not working properly. Thats because the tests are executed from the ce jar and not in the test-classes of the ee/target folder.
