Description
1. It should be possible to disable the statistics overlay with a config flag.
When I set display to false, the statistics are still displayed

2. Similar, it should be possible to restrict the time period in history view. It is possible to set the default time-span (although the config "today" is wrong and should be "day"), but you can still change it manually.

Note
As both are broken in 7.10.0 and at least 1) has fix version 7.10.0, this probably never worked. I think we should remove the Documentation and not follow this anymore
