failedActivityId is NULL when loading Job Log in the History View

      Precondition
      a process with incident

      Steps to reproduce
      1. open the Job Log tab in the process instance history view
      2. get the activity id of the failed job

      Problem
      activity id is missing --> copy to clipboard icon is missing

      When observing the request the failedActivityId is null
      http://localhost:8080/camunda/api/engine/engine/default/history/job-log?firstResult=0&maxResults=50
