Cockpit should enable the hierachical flag for a removal time batch operation by default

      Problem

      • When performing a batch operation to set a removal time, the hierarchical flag is opt-in
      • With disabled hierarchical flag, more complex queries are performed which are more likely to lead to deadlock situations, transaction timeouts or full transaction logs
      • We assume the hierarchical setting is fine for most users anyway

      Solution
      The hierarchical flag is opt-out
