Increase timeout for smoke test of docker qa images

      Docker qa image automation

      Problem

      • In the 7.13.0-alpha3 release the smoke test of websphere 9 exceeded the timeout of 5 minutes
      • Multiple runs on CI show that the smoke test always almost exhaust the timeout

      Solution
      Increase the timeout from five to six minutes.
