Description

As a reader of the supported environments documentation, it is clear to me that the new external task client release (2.0.0) no longer supports Node 8. This can go into the announcements section for 7.13, as 2.0.0 will be released along with 7,13.0.

Dropped support of Node 8 is documented at https://docs.camunda.org/enterprise/announcement/
Should we expect major issues for affected users, a note is added on how resolve it.
