Given:
Two consecutive or concurrent deployments with the same name are deployed on a Process Engine.

When:
The latest deployment is queried.

Then:
The latest deployment is arbitrarily picked between the two deployments.

Expected:
The last Deployment deployed is always picked as the latest one.

Note:
Since the Process Engine determines the latest deployment by the deployment time, Deployments added in the same time can't be consistently ordered.
