In history clean up page, add a note regarding Timer start event job logs.

"The history clean up job does not delete historic timer-start-event jobs from ACT_HI_JOB_LOG. The reason being that the responsibility of timer-start-event job is to start a process instance i.e. does not belong to a process instance."

This is applicable for camunda version >= 7.9.
