Spring Boot Starter QA parent POM references are not updated during release

      Builds are failing because of that: https://ci.cambpm.camunda.cloud/view/Sideprojects/job/camunda-github-org/job/camunda-bpm-spring-boot-starter/job/3.4/25/. I believe by now the old snapshots are not available anymore in Nexus.

      Root cause: the modules are not included in the Maven reactor when the release build runs.
