Exclude some sites of camunda.org from Caching

      The following sites are excluded from caching:

      • start page camunda.org
      • start page docs.camunda.org
      • downloads auf camunda.org

      For example use:
      Cache-Control:no-cache
      Pragma:no-cache

            I think we should not disable the cache for the start page at all...
            Even with minimization we have a lot of content to load and this
            will take its time.

            I think we should only restrict the cache so that the browser/proxy caches the site
            only for 12 or 24 hours (IMHO I think that we usually don't renew our start- and downloads page more than once a day and we don't change it every day)

            added a new function to camunda.org with name getPreparedCacheControl which reads the expires-field in docpad-conf's template data or the expires-field in the template-metadata-field of a site.
