[BUG] CRDB Timestamp subtraction doesn't combine with EXTRACT

      Given:
      Multiple Historic Process Instances with expired Historic TTLs.

      When:
      History Cleanup is triggered.

      Then:
      No Historic Process Instances are found for clean-up.

      Expected:
      History cleanup on CRDB works as with other supported DBs (e.g. PostgreSQL).
