User story
As an operator, I want to create a batch to correlate a message to many process instances, so that the result does not run out of memory.
Background
When trying to send a message event (correlateAll) to a large number of instances the results can be of very high load and run out of memory. This happens due to the engine trying to move all messages in one step. Batching these can help prevent this
