[Performance] Improve execution time of SQL queries in CRDB

    Description

      As a developer, I can execute the full Process Engine test suite in a comparable time to the other Camunda-supported databases.

      Background

      • The Camunda-defined SQL statements are very slow when executed on CRDB.
      • The Process Engine test suite (local) execution time is currently 6,5 hours (vs. avg 40mins on other DBs).

      AC

      • Investigate the root cause of the slow execution.
      • Improve execution times of SQL statements.
