Switching from Cockpit to Welcome does not work

      How to Reproduce:

      • open Cockpit
      • click on `My Profile` in the Profile Dropdown
      • Infinite Loading Spinner is shown
      • No errors in the console

      Expected:

      • Welcome app loads

      Notes:
      The path requested is app/welcome/default instead of app/welcome/default/. This is reproduceable if you open the page manually without the trailing slash.
