In Tasklist, disable the 'claim' button when a request is pending

      When the Server is slow to respond, users might click mutliple times on the `claim` button in Tasklist. Depending on the DB server, this can lead to errors.
      When we disable the button when a request is pending, we can prevent this behavior and the user knows it is working in the background.
