On Chrome 84, loading indicator is stuck to the top

      With the latest Chrome version, the loading indicator is broken.

      • The CSS works on the latest chrome version

      Note

      • It seems like it previously relied on -webkit-fill-available to work, which has changes behavior now. It also did not work on Firefox.
