As modelling user, I can edit the targetNamespace attribute in the properties panel

      • the targetNamespace attribute can be edited on the generell-Tab, when nothing is selected in the diagram (after a click in the white space next to the pool)
      • the field is a simple text input (like name or id attributes)
      • the field is positioned at the very bottom
      • targetNamespace attribute is only allowed for the whole diagram
