[Regression] Page Notifications don't support 'unsafe' flag

      With CAM-12229, we moved the notifications to a react component. HTML is always escaped now

      When

      • I create a deployment in Cockpit

      Then

      • I get a notification with an escaped a tag

      Expected

      • I can click on a link
