Remove "Enterprise Pricing" from the docs

      On the bottom of this page, https://docs.camunda.org/enterprise/, under “Additional Information”, the ‘Enterprise Pricing’ link needs to be removed. It links to https://camunda.com/bpm/enterprise/quote.php, which is no longer available.

            Have we considered linking to the "Contact us" page? https://camunda.com/contact/
            I am fine either way just want to throw this in as a suggestion.

            Hi meyer,

            david.paradis asked for it to be removed.
            I think linking it to the "Contact us" page could lead to confusion if you did not look at the Open Source vs. Enterprise page first.
