Commit https://github.com/camunda/camunda-docs-manual/commit/f7006b96db89f68d450f63bcab1d810b0ece8316 made the CI link checker fail, so I reverted it. We need to investigate this first with Infra's help.

The problem was that we generated links like <a href="null">CDDL 1.1</a> that are not correct. I added links for those license texts and created ~~CAM-12563~~ as a follow-up for the generator.
