include privacy statement on camunda.org and docs.camunda.org

      • new link "privacy statement" in footer at the end of this line:
        • "camunda.org and docs.camunda.org are part of camunda BPM"
        • link is included on camunda.org and all subdomains (docs.camunda.org)
      • link points to the english version of the privacy statement (see attachement)
      • the german version is shown on a separate tab (tab-layout comparable to jobs page)
