Update docs: migrate element templates docs

      The current element template docs (https://docs.camunda.org/manual/latest/modeler/element-templates/) are basically empty but link to https://github.com/camunda/camunda-modeler/tree/master/docs/element-templates.

       

      Since element template are now considered stable, we should migrate (at least the core part of) https://github.com/camunda/camunda-modeler/tree/master/docs/element-templates to the docs.camunda.org page.
