Problem

• When running npm i in /webapps, the husky package registers a git hook
• The git hook might be annoying for non-frontend people who don't change the source code of the webapps but want to build them

Solution

• Remove husky
• With CAM-12669 we can evaluate what options we have and might reintroduce it
