      When:
      The https://ci.cambpm.camunda.cloud/job/7.15/job/7.15-platform-UPGRADE-instance-migration-cockroachdb-201/ job is run.

      Then:
      It fails when inserting data with earlier (< 7.14) Process Engine versions.

      Expected:
      The job succeeds and doesn't run the code in earlier (< 7.14) test-fixture modules.
