Improve the UX when filtering for PIs by incident type

      User story

      When searching for process instances in Cockpit, I want a smooth experience when filtering for incident types.

      Background

      Today, when filtering for process instance incidents, the User-Interface shows the type of the incident "Failed Job", but if you want to search for it, you have to write exactly "failedJob".

      It would improve the user experience if the interface either provides a drop-down field or an autocomplete to help the user choose the right filter for the well-known incident types.

      Acceptance criteria

      • The interface provides supporting functionality so that applying the right filter becomes easy anywhere in Cockpit.
      • It is still possible to submit a custom value for the incident type (since users can create custom incidents, so we cannot assume that we have a complete list of all incident types)
