QA DB tests use H2 test configuration

    Description

      When:
      Running the UPGRADE-* jobs.

      Then:
      Some tests (e.g.the ConcurrentProcessEngineJobExecutorHistoryCleanupJobTest) use an H2 test configuration when bootstraping a process engine.

      Expected:
      A test configuration with the correct database is always used.

      Note: As reported in CAM-12612.
