Remove 7.(x-1)/release/master_release.dsl via add-new-minor-version.sh script

      Problem

      Currently, the add-new-minor-version.sh script [1] does not remove the 7.(x-1)/release/master_release.dsl file of the to be released version; however, this is described in the step-by-step guide [2]

      Solution

      Adjust the script so that it takes care of removing the DSL file
