Copy the old Cockpit plugin Documentation into Tasklist

      With the release of the new Plugin System, the links from tasklist plugins (https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.14/webapps/tasklist/tasklist-plugins/) links to the cockpit plugins, which shows the Cockpit only.

      Let's reintroduce the old Cockpit Plugin Docs directly in Tasklist while it still uses the old Plugin system
