Expose Notification service to Plugins

      In past it was possible by injecting "Notifications" and then use it as e.g.

      notifications.addMessage({'status': 'Finished', 'message': 'Activity was skipped.', 'exclusive': true });

      It should be possible to use native Cockpit Notifications from within plugins to achieve the same UI/UX as native cockpit components
