There is an exception in the server log when the user clicks on a running process instance

Environment under test:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start the application server and navigate to the running process instance(s) view
2. Click on any running process instance

Expected outcome:

User should not expect to see a 'Null Value Exception' in the logs

Observed outcome:

There is a 'Null Value Exception' in the logs every time a running process instance is clicked.
