Create an engine configuration flag to skip output mapping on canceled activities

      To prevent output mapping failures when variables were not returned by an external task client, the user should be able to enable a config flag to skip output mappings on canceled activities. When the flag is enabled output mapping on any canceled activity should not be performed.
