Reasoning
- The legacy DMN Engine provides support for the JDK Script Engine API so that additional expression languages can be made available with ease
- We assume that many users like to write expressions in their favorite language (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy, Jython, etc.)
- Script Engines support reduces the migration efforts for users who want to migrate from the legacy to the Scala DMN Engine
