User story

As a user, I want PostgreSQL Aurora to be added as a supported environment.

Background

AWS has found widespread adoption with its cloud offering. This includes Amazon Aurora's PostgreSQL Database. This results in more and more users wanting to use PostgreSQL Aurora when using Camunda.

AC

• PostgreSQL Aurora is added as a supported environment to Camunda Version 7.15.0
• PostgreSQL Aurora is added to supported environments in our documentation
• We support the same Postgres version in standalone mode (currently, according to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/AuroraUserGuide/AuroraPostgreSQL.Updates.20180305.html#AuroraPostgreSQL.Updates.20180305.34 the latest Aurora Postgres version is compatible with Postgres 12.4; we should then also support standalone Postgres 12.4 and update our CI builds accordingly)
