      Steps:

      • create a PR in CE repo with run label

      Expected:
      The run jobs are executed for CE and EE repo

      Observed:
      The EE build is failing with the following when trying to copy the artifacts from the upstream build

      Unable to find a build for artifact copy from: cambpm-ce/cambpm-main/PR-1250
