ET production has rejected around 20 pings a day from Camunda BPM Runtime over the last 5 days (the first one was on 18.01.21 at 11:37am), because of a missing "product.version" parameter.
This rejected data is not showing in Kibana and might distort your analysis there, so you should probably look into why this is happening and how it can be fixed.

AC:
- No data should be sent to ET when:
- The Product name is null or empty;
- The Product version is null or empty;
- The Product edition is null or empty;
- The Telemetry installation id is null, empty or invalid (not UUIDv4 format);
