    Description

      Go over the currently defined PR labels and answer the questions:

      1. Are the right stages triggered - does it make sense to add more, do we need to remove some? e.g. we discussed that default-build should not trigger all jdk jobs
      2. Do we have missing PR label?
      3. Can some of the labels be optimized?

      Iterate over to current PR label definition and evaluation in the pipelines

      1. Could we reduce the complexity of the code in #cambpmWithLabels
      2. Could we define the labels in better approach? (create alias for all-db and specific db labels; turn the wheel over and define the PR labels and attach the allowed stages, instead allowed labels to stages; other )
