Historic Incidents should support a resolution message (for use with resolved and deleted incidents) to allow the resolution/deletion reasons to be documentated.

When Incidents are saved in the history there is no indicators or why incidents were resolved or deleted.  There should be a message field that allows us to document why a incident was resolved/deleted/closed, etc.

Common example would be a non-blocking custom incident was created (execution.createIncident(...) ), for a user task (such as: a incident is created during a Start listener on a user task), and then the user task is completed normally, the previously created incident gets its state set to deleted, but there is no indicator / message explaining if it was deleted by automatically, manually, because it was a false flag, etc.
